I was asked by my good friend Carol to take pictures of one of her clients, Emily.  She is wanting to start her website and wanted pictures for displaying.
The beautiful Emily stands 5'2 and is the cutest thing you have ever seen. She has the most amazing eyes and warm smile, she makes me miss my youth with her flawless complexion and innocent eyes.
What a pleasure it was photographing her! Here are some of my favorites from the session.

 A little late with posting this session, the month of May was busy! I loved photographing the Plunkett family on their farm in Missouri. 
My cow story...
As a city girl, I've never been this close to cows outside of maybe a petting zoo. 
In order to get all the cows in the picture, the family took a bag of feed and jumped on the 4-wheeler and went looking for the cows on the many acres they own.  Once found, they were to shake the feed bag and have the cows follow the 4-wheeler out to where I was.  Once I saw the cows rounding the corner towards me, there were about 20 cows hungry and headed right towards me!! It was truly kinda scary but also so exciting!! My adrenaline was definitely pumping! I almost paid them instead of them paying me for this amazing adventure! Thank you Plunkett family, I can take that off my bucket list, well it wasn't on there orginially but I'm adding it and scratching it off.  So thrilling!!
Here are a few from this amazing shoot.

Started off the month of May with 6 Senior sessions, 3 Family sessions and 1 preschool graduation session.  Busy Busy month!! Here is a preview of some more Seniors as well as other pictures.  We also found time to travel down to Texas to visit family for a 3 day weekend. This month has been fab!
While visting family we had our pictures done by another photographer.  It's funny how much you critique another photog while watching them work.  For me, the experience is quite unsettling as I'm wondering why she doesn't do this or do that.  I need to calm down because I'm sure the pictures will be wonderful!  Watching her really made me focus on how I treat my clients, a good learning experience.  I learned that I'm actually perfect! LOL, just kidding.
